I have been working on the series Poinsot’s Pixel Spaceship for ages.
I have been thinking about releasing wall art, but then I tested a different product – the classical print-on-demand product: T-shirts. And THIS WAS IT! This is the perfect surface I want to print this spaceship-like ellipsoids on!
So, today I am happy to announce the release of the new category T-Shirts in my shop! :)
I’ve created this because I wanted a T-shirt with a sci-fi / geeky touch myself – with abstract shapes and equations that actually mean something. The intersection of ellipsoid and sphere tells us how a spinning top moves.
Of course, I did my quality control, ordering spaceship number three for myself!
This T-shirt is from a soft synthetic material, and I really love the colors, the fabric, and the cut!

Poinsot’s Pixel Spaceship has been created with custom Javascript code and GIMP (not AI).
