I’ve never attempted to ask the oracle twice. Will it be consistent?
In 2021 Google helped me to create a found poem.
I started from the seed phrase / title: Have We Changed After All? and this was the process:
- Google the chosen title of the poem, without quotes around it.
- Select a snippet of text from one of the first 10 pages listed as search results. This is the next line.
- Google the chosen next line, without quotes.
- Select a snippet again.
- Repeat until the poem feels complete.
- Process search results fast, do not read web pages carefully, select snippets semi-consciously. The poem should be completed in an hour.
Today, I will use the same exact title again! I am asking the question again …

Have We Changed After All?
how would you know
It’s hard for me
equally devastating and inspiring
we can find a way to stop this
melodic and light while cutting deep
I am a bot, and this action was performed
I was wondering the same
A finite timescale that has concluded
on continuous state space
often, though not always, the same as the number
Here’s a breakdown to help you
I want you to know that I care about you.
without expecting anything in return
what does it truly mean
to leave a place without
another failed attempt at human connection
Try logging into the game
There is nothing else you can do
Ask something else
Whatever you do, be discreet
especially in mathematical and research contexts
While the everyday context is mostly unquestionable
perhaps the whole goal mankind strives for
is only your supposition. It may be the law of logic
that my arguments have a convincing force with you
Establish your position
without taking someone or something with you
Be kind and helpful
elevate your mood
bring some light back
please do so
